T&C For Service Apartments General Conduct

  • Respect for Property: Guests are expected to treat the apartment and furnishings with care. Damages beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.
  • Noise Levels: Maintain a quiet environment, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Excessive noise is not permitted.
  • Guest Behavior: Unruly behavior, illegal activities, immoral activities or actions that disturb other residents are prohibited. Company reserves the right to evict the guest in case of such an issue.

Guests and Visitors 

  • Maximum Occupancy: The number of occupants must not exceed the specified limit for the apartment.
  • Visitor Policy: Visitors are allowed during designated hours from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM and must register at the front desk. Overnight stays by unregistered guests are not permitted.

Security and Safety 

  • Access Cards/Keys: Keep access cards and keys secure. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee. 
  • Fire Safety: No open flames, candles, or smoking inside the apartment. In case of a fire alarm, follow evacuation protocols immediately. 
  • Valuables and Belongings: Guests are responsible for the security of their personal belongings and valuables. The management does not provide lockers or safes and is not liable for any losses.

Cleanliness and Maintenance 

  • Housekeeping: Apartments are cleaned regularly as per the housekeeping schedule. Additional cleaning requests may incur extra charges.
  • Waste Disposal: Dispose of garbage in designated bins. Do not leave trash or food trays in hallways or common areas.
  • Repairs: Report any maintenance issues (e.g., plumbing, electrical) promptly to the management team.
  • Duration your Absence: The Doors of the apartment should be locked, windows closed, lighting and all electrical appliances (TV, Stove) turn off and turn off the water.
  • Apartment Access: The management of the building has the right in the absence of the guest, in special circumstances, to enter the apartment to prevent possible damage or danger.

T&C For Service Apartments Amenities and Facilities

  • Shared Facilities: Use shared amenities responsibly and adhere to posted rules.
  • Private Property: Do not remove items (e.g., furniture, electronics) from the apartment or common areas. 
  • Wi-Fi Usage: The provided internet service is for lawful purposes only. Streaming or downloading illegal content is prohibited. Such offence may be punishable by governing laws of Pakistan.

No Smoking and No Alcohol Policies            

  • No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments and common areas. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor spaces. Violations will result in a cleaning fee.
  • No Alcohol: The consumption or storage of alcohol is not permitted on the premises. Violations may result in immediate eviction without a refund as well as reporting to concerned officials.
  • Illegal Substances: The possession or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction.

Check-In and Check-Out 

  • Check-In Time: Check-in begins at 2:00 PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and additional charges.
  • Check-Out Time: Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be pre-arranged and may incur fees.
  • Final Inspection: The apartment will be inspected after check-out. Missing items or damages will be billed to the guest.

No Pet Policy

  • Pets Not Allowed: Pets are strictly prohibited in the apartments or on the property. Violations will result in cleaning fees and potential termination of the stay.
  • Liability and Compliance 
  • Liability Guests are solely responsible for the security of their belongings and valuables. The management is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
  • Compliance with Laws: Guests must adhere to local laws and regulations at all times.
  • Termination of Stay: Violation of house rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund.

Terms and Conditions for Service Apartments

  • By checking into the property, guests acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  • Management reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice.
  • Failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions may result in eviction and/or additional charges.
  • Refunds will not be provided for stays terminated due to rule violations.
