Le’ Nest Residences Refund/Cancellation Policy

At Le’ Nest Residences, your trust is our priority, and we strive to make your stay delightful. Understanding that plans may change, we aim for transparency with our updated refund and cancellation policy outlined below: 

1. General Policy

  1. Cancellations 7+ days before booking date: Eligible for a Full Refund.
  2. Cancellations 1–7 days before booking date: A cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay will apply.
  3. Cancellations on the booking date: No Refund will be provided.

Example: For a check-in date of January 10, cancellations made before January 3 qualify for a full refund.

2. No-Show Policy

a. Guests who do not arrive on the check-in date without prior notice will be charged the full amount of the booking.

3. Early Departure

a. Guests departing before their scheduled check-out date will not receive refunds for unused nights.

4. Force Majeure

5. Group Bookings

a. Different terms apply to group bookings. Please refer to your group booking agreement or contact us for specific details.

6. Refund Policy

  1. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, bank transfer). 
  2. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take several business days to reflect in your account. 
  3. Guests must submit the following documents for refund processing: 
  4. A valid ID (e.g., CNIC, Passport). 
  5. The original deposit receipt, if applicable. 
  6. Refunds for corporate accounts will only be processed upon submission of required documentation.
